We only collect the information we need to provide and manage your rides:

• Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Trip details such as pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, flight numbers, number of passengers and whether pets are traveling.
• Messages you send us through our forms, by email or by phone.
• Booking records created when you book online, including your appointment history.

Our forms do not record your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. You pay at the time of service.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and provide your rides, send booking confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, prepare quotes, keep business records and protect our website from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and email host (Hostinger), and only as needed to provide our services. We may also share information when required by law. If you click a link to our Google reviews or load our Google map, Google’s own privacy policy applies to that service.

Cookies

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Use our privacy request form or contact us. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Children’s privacy

Our website and online booking are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our forms ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. Rides for minors, such as prom transportation, must be booked by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
