The terms that apply when you use our website or book a ride with Private Independent Car Services.

You can book online, request a quote or call us. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Please give accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, times, passenger counts and flight details, and tell us in advance about pets, luggage or special needs.
Your price is shown in your quote or booking confirmation before your ride. Payment is due at the time of service. Stops added beyond the addresses you list are billed at $100 per hour, and we will tell you before any extra charge applies. There are no other hidden fees.
You may cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled pickup and reschedule at least 3 hours before it. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains late cancellations, no-shows and refunds.
Seat belts must be worn at all times. We may refuse or end a ride if a passenger is unsafe, abusive or damages the vehicle, and the rider may be responsible for the cost of cleaning or repairs. Pets must be disclosed when you book and kept under control during the ride. Children must ride in an appropriate car seat as required by Florida law.
We plan every ride with extra time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes or other events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
