How cancellations, changes and refunds work for rides with Private Independent Car Services.

You can cancel at no charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time. To cancel, call us at (239) 422-1467 or email info@privateindependentcarservices.com.
You can reschedule up to 3 hours before your pickup time, subject to availability. For later changes, please call us and we will do our best to help.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before pickup, or if you are not at the pickup location, the ride may be charged as stated in your quote or confirmation.
Because payment is collected at the time of service, most rides do not need a refund. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or we did not provide the service you booked, contact us and we will review it promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
If we ever have to cancel your ride, we will tell you as soon as possible, help you find another option where we can, and you will not be charged.
